First you get the 1000 rupee bag, which is in one of the fairy islands. The other bag is on outset. Go to outset, then go up to the top of the broken bridge. Climb onto the post as high as you can. They direct the wind toward the other side of the bridge. Fly across with the deku leaf. Go inside. Once inside, just keep going until you find the giant rock. You could use bombs or power bracelets (pick it up and throw it) to break it. Inside is a fairy to increase your rupee amount! Hooray.
Good luck. :)
No, the highest is the silver one, worth 200 rupees. :)
first, get 80 rupees and talk to the eskimo dude. he'll sell the sail, or ''that'' for 80 rupees, then buy it.

Go to Lenzo and finish his sidequest. Then go up to him and talk to him. Select your pictobox. It will cost 50 rupees.
Tingle can! But he will charge you at least 300 rupees so you'd better start saving. :)
Tingle. (shudder) He will do it for a crazy amount of rupees (3184 rupees in total, 2500 if you got all 5 Dragon Tingle statues), so make sure you have a lot of rupees and the largest wallet.
There is no super Deku leaft in Wind Waker.
If you are talking about Wind Waker, then you go to tingle on tingle island, and pay something around 584 rupees...for just one map.
I would say The Wind Waker.
In the accepted Zelda timeline, Phantom Hourglass is after Wind Waker. When talking about release dates, Four Swords Adventures is after Wind Waker.
In "The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker," Mila is a character who resides in Windfall Island. She is known for her obsession with collecting and hoarding rupees. Mila does not have significant dialogue, but her interactions primarily revolve around her desire for money and her eventual plea for help when she is confronted by a thief.
You cannot obtain the Ocarina of Tiime in The Wind Waker.
