You have to make a wedding lei and a wedding beanie. It takes forever to get the plan though. You can use the cheat gnome to get the plans. I know the ones for Wii version.
While on a lot, quickly press B, Z, Up, Down, B to spawn the Cheat Gnome. After you activate, the codes for different stuff is:

All crafting resources- quickly press a, a, down, down, a
Max current food and resources- quickly press left, right, left, right, a
Max relationships- quickly press z, +, a, b, 2
Add 1 to skill- quickly press 2, up, right, z, right
Unlock vest and tank top- quickly press z, z, a, z, 2
Also, must have 10 charisma each.
