if you were coming out of the Goron's shrine go left until you see an owl. Speak to him and then he will fly across a chasm. You will notice he is dropping feathers but they are not falling, this is because there are invisible platforms. Jump across and enter the room after speaking to the owl. there is a chest with the lens of truth. get it and break the surrounding rocks with bombs. Watch out there is an invisible skulltula guarding one. Go back out and jump across, there is an invisible Goron, talk to him. Follow him to above the waterfall. (you will need the lens of truth to ascend this { the ladder patter is right left right btw}) then he will speak to you and you will play the song of healing. This will make him pass on and he will leave a mask that will give you the ability to transform into him. With this you have an ability to punch through some ice.
But if this is not what you need, then i think you need to bottle hot spring water from the Goron's grave after going behing it and pulling it
