'I had almost 3 full seasons with FC Barcelona, then a foreign billionair offered money (Sugar Daddy unlocked at the same time, which is the same message if you unable and enable), so it's not 100 games won on row, if I was you, I should try with FC Barcelona to accomplish what I did and win almost all games (I had 2 ties, both Real Madrid, the rest of the games I won). Then you are able in all other saved games or new games to use the Sugar Daddy option. This is absolutely a way to unlock it, it costs time (almost 3 full seasons) but it's worth it, and with Barca, you have enough money to buy yourself young talents. By the way, this also works on fifa football manager '10.Good luck!!!'

Start a manager mode and your sponsor will give you money everytime you win and you will get money from tickets every time you play a home game. Thanks :)
