They are unlocked when you first access the Moon.
Make your motorcycle base, delete the area where you want wheels, put a thin layer behind the area the wheels should be, glue those on then add rubber wheels put motor bolts add a rocket if you want, add a area where you can grab, put a grab switch on it, attach it on to the motor bolts then you can color it with your choice of stickers.
You have to keep doing the tutorials in MyMoon on a level until you do a Bolt Tutorial. When you complete it, it will give you all sorts of bolts!
There should be side motor mounts up under the motor on the inside of your frame, there will be two bolts maby three on both sides, take all the bolts out of the motor mounts, (make sure your transmissins not still bolted the back of the motor.) Then chec front and back of motor for bolts also if theres bolts take them out, if there isn't no big deal, when you get them all out it will be ready to come out ,all you need is a cherry picker
Use a jack with a board on top to support the engine. Loosen the bolts for the motor mount. Raise the engine slightly then take the bolts out and remove the motor mount. Install the new mount, tighten the bolts, then remove the jack.
Not sure how to help, other than you will have to use bolts that fit.

To replace the blower motor on a C230 compressor of a Mercedes Benz, remove the bolts holding the motor in place. It is next to the blower, under the passenger side of the dashboard. Replace with new and reinstall the bolts.
just did this on a 1988 bronco II. I did the following: remove door panel carefully remove plastic water proof sheet...do not tear...so you can reuse. to remove the motor, i had to drill access holes to get to the three bolts that attach the motor to the regulator. these are 8mm bolts. I located the three bolts and I drilled 1/2 inch holes to access the bolts...this allowed me to remove the motor from its mounting...then unplug from wiring harness.
with gtreat difficulty make sure you take the radiator fans out then bolts are easy to get to 2 10mil bolts for shield then 2 17 mil bolts for starter motor slides out very easily
