NAME: Grimer
TYPE: Sludge (Poison)
HEIGHT: 2' 11"
WEIGHT: 66 lbs.
EVOLUTION: evolves into Muk at level 38 CHARACTERISTIC(S): Stench (random encounters with wild Pokemon decrease when this Pokemon is at the head of your party), Sticky Hold (this Pokemon's held item cannot be removed by an opponent) AVAILABILITY: Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire LOCATION: Wild Grimer can be found in Cinnabar Island's Pokemon Mansion in RBY; Yellow owners will also see it in the Power Plant southeast of Cerulean City. GSC owners can catch Grimer on Routes 16-18 as well as by Surfing the pond in Celadon City (don't ask me how an animated pile of goop can hang out in water without dissolving; I haven't the slightest idea). Grimer can be caught in the Fiery Path near Lavaridge Town in both Ruby and Sapphire, though Sapphire owners will be seeing it much more frequently.
By evolving Grimer
Muk is the better pokemon
