if ur talking about the forest temple (the first temple), then u have to get the wind boomerang first. you get it from the semi-boss. u use the boomerang by pointing it at the wind things on the pole on the bridge, that will make it move. i just figured this out cause outside the bridges move when a gust of wind comes. if ur not talking about the forest temple then sorry.
