To get your neighbors' pictures, you have to become best friends with them. Send letters with gifts. Talk to them, but not so much that they tell you that you're annoying. Do errands when they ask you. Get them furniture, fossils, bugs, etc. when they say. After about a month or so, wait 10 minutes and don't let your neighbors see you. After the recommended waiting period, go see them. They will have a "!" appear over their head. Talk to them and they might give you their picture. If not, try again.

ok here's what you gotta do:

1.Talk to them a lot.

2.Send them a lot of letters like 3 letters per day/

3.always give them what they want like if they say: "i need a slingshot to shoot all the things in the sky" you have to send them that thing (in this case its a slingshot) by letter.

4.wave to them with your ds pencil.

5. be nice to them always.

some neighbors take a long time to give you a picture of them. like one 3 days others 3 weeks or 3 months. but it works trust me. ;-)
