Go to Build Mode. You will see four buttons on the side near the left-hand corner of the bottom of the screen. There will be a hand, a sledge hammer, and two others. Click the sledge hammer and click on each square of your deck. It will automatically delete it when you click on it and refund the money you spent on it. Also, you can click on one square of your deck and drag it across the rest of the deck, deleting the whole deck instantly.
