Forcing a dragon out of it's egg is where you attempt to kill the egg (under actions: kill) and it miraculously survives. That is forcing. Very rare. Sometimes if it survives but dies in a few days, you can always revive it under actions. this gives you a zombie dragon.
ADDED: I found out if wait till the last minute and you have a lot of views and clicks you have a better chance of getting the dragon out (even though mine might die :`(..... But click it anyway!)
