To address pus in a small child's toe, first clean the area gently with mild soap and water. If there is visible pus, you can apply a warm compress to help draw it out and reduce swelling. Avoid squeezing the area, but if it doesn't improve or shows signs of infection, such as increased redness or pain, consult a pediatrician for further evaluation and treatment. Always seek medical advice before attempting any home remedies, especially with children.

If you have a cut it will be giving off puss. If you mean under the toenail you should go to the docter and check but if you can't do that then if you toe hurts terribly you should see if your toe is growing the nail in just one spot espacially in the middle of your nail. But you should see a doctor because it could be very bad.
