How do you get romeo monty and juliette capp to go steady on the sims 2 double deluxe?

This isn't the best answer, but all I know, is that Romeo and Juliette already have a high relationship. So, all you gotta do, is if you're Romeo:

1) Call Juliette using the phone

2) Select Invite over (Make sure that it's not late) (You can use the sethour cheat. Example sethour 16 will make the time 16:00, or 4:00 PM)

3) She definitely will come-over soon

4) When she does, click on her and select Propose then Go Steady

There you go! Moreover, if you want it to be better (if you want their motives to be higher, so they will be able to do whatever you want, and not to be distracted), you should use some cheats, or download Rejuvenation Chamber, from TSR, which would cost §10,000 (If you can't afford that, just use the cheat familyFunds Monty 9999999 or motherlode).

BoolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true is a good cheat. After you use it, Shift+Click on your Sim, and select More, Spawn, Tombstone of L and D. A tombstone should appear, click on it. Select Make me friendly with everyone here, and everyone on the lot will have a relationship of 90 with your Sim. You can also do many other things with that cheat, including making any Sim, such as Juliette, to be selectable.
