you go to the minigame fairgrounds and talk to the woman there for a price she will give you a potion or if you want a health boosting potion you can go to the crown shop and buy one but its for a limited time extra health

It's pretty easy but you need alot of time to do it.

So this is how you do it: You talk to twilly in and say hello! Then you ask have you heard any rumors and you hunt the seedspitter and you will receive 2 potions but you will have to give on back to save Rilithia. And that is how you earn one potion without being a member.

*Note: if you are a member buy a really good house you will receive 20 potions on one click in the house.*

To get a potion on Adventure Quest Worlds, you must join a PvP (Player Vs Player) Battle, VIA Dumoose (NPC) in Battleon. Winning or losing doesn't matter because even if you lose, you will still get 1 Combat Trophy.

Return to Battleon, and talk to Dumoose. Start the quest for the potions which is called "Potion Surplus".

Turn in your Combat Trophy, and revieve a Potion.

My favorite way is to do the Frogzard Hunter's quest and you have to fight 2 easy monsters then the monster you recently fought gives you 10 health potions
