How do you get the Iron Key back if it's lost during priest in peril quest?

You can get one from the imprisoned explorer in the Black knight area of the Taverley Dungeon. You have to kill the jailer to get the keys to enter the cell he's in, then talk to him. When you've gone through the door, you can get a new key if you drop yours from the respawn near the lava lake. Players who have completed the Legends Quest may also buy the dusty key for 1 coin on the third floor of the Legends Guild.

If you can't do any of the above, then you just best go buy one from the Grand Exchange, or off another player.

A new one can be bought from Yanni Salika in Shilo Village for 500 coins. Although, all the keys you had on it will be gone. So you will also have to retrieve them again. There are THREE Iron Keys that I remember:

Wrought Iron Key from Tourist Trap, which if lost, can be recovered by searching a table in the jail building inside the Mining Camp.

Iron Key from H.A.M. which can be obtained from pick pocketing the guards as often as you like.

Iron Key from Priest In Peril quest, use golden key on key monument in Salve Temple Dungeon to get it.

Simply Kill one of the level 30 zamorak monks again to get a Golden Key. Go back outside then head north and climb down the ladder into the dungeon. With the Golden Key and bucket, you can now unlock the gate where the Guardian was located earlier. After traversing the path, you will see some monuments. Study them; you will notice one of them has an Iron key in it. Use the Golden Key on the monument to swap keys
