How do you get the Mario emblem on mw2?

The L emblem does not exist in Paper Mario. There is one hidden in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, however. It can be found in Poshley Sanctum go into the painting and do exactly what you did in the other room in there

In The Thousand-Year Door, you can buy it from the shady dealer with the large mustache in Rogueport. I don't know of any being findable on the field like the 'L' Emblem badge.
