Obtain the last Magic Seal. Now use a warp room to teleport you to the Garden of Madness. Enter the room which has been sealed off without putting on Mina's Talisman (there is a green slug)... It's the worst ending because it's implied that Julius and Alucard end up killing you since the dark presence in you made you become the Dark Lord.
GOOD ENDING:This really is the best ending! Follow the instructions above, this time, equip Mina's Talisman- she gave you this at the beginning of the game. After the cut scene in the Garden of Madness, you must go into the Mine of Judgement (it's entrance is in the bottom right of the Condemned Tower) that leads to the Abyss. At the end you must defeat Menace. It's the good ending because the dark force inside Soma has been destroyed, or at least forced to sleep again. The other Dark Lord candidates have been killed, therefore eliminating the chance that Dracula could return... for a time.i would say dawn of sorrow, but u could try portrait of ruin or order of ecclesia. in my opinion, since i love direct sequels, i would chose dawn of sorrow. plus it has alucard :D
My rankings: Castlevania for NES wasn't that good. Castlevania 2 was pretty bad. Castlevania 3 was OK Super Castlevania 4 was one of the best but was too hard. Rondo of Blood, which you can't get anymore, was good. Dracula X was horrible and way too short. Castlevania 64 and Legacy of Darkness one of the best Harmony of Dissonance was too puzzilish. Circle of the Moon was very good. Aria of Sorrow is second best- you play as Dracula! Dracula X Chronicles was the best with the best music Dawn of Sorrow was excellent. Order of Ecclesia was pretty bad. The final battle music sounded like something from Tom and Jerry cartoons and you can't play as a male or female belmont. The rest are very good too. My best one is X Chronicles- for PSP. Have a go!
It is all a matter of opinion, there is no "wrong" answer to the question unless backed by the wrong facts. To choose the best Castlevania for you may depend on your favorite gamestyle, for example, some people perfer the non-linear and RPG style of Symphony of the Night over the linear Super Castlevania IV.This is something you will have to decide for yourself.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I would have to say Symphony of the Night, it seems to be my favorite one, although it can be quite challenging most of the time.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Aria of Sorrow, Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, and Harmony of Dissonance are also commonly liked.
You cannot. There is a ROM hacked version which uses him as the main character, and he is playable in the sequel, Dawn of Sorrow, but unobtainable in regular play of Aria.
The IGN website is a popular place to find a Top 25 listing for Ninendo DS games. They rate Pokeman, Mario Cart, Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, and New Super Mario Brothers as their top 5 choices.
Castlevania 3 is best known for being the final Castlevania game released for the NES, or Nintendo Entertainment System as it's called. It was published in North America in 1990 and was even released for the Wii in North America on January 12, 2009. Most games released later in a series tend to be the sequels of those games, however Castlevania 3 was not like that at all. The plot of Castlevania 3 was actually a prequel to the original Castlevania.
Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia are relatively similar, as PoR has pictures you have to go into to fight bosses and move through the game by exploring some relatively large sub-maps. OoE has even more places you have to go to get through the game. I was disappointed when I played OoE, because, even though it is fun, a lot of the maps are small, the plot is pretty easy to figure out if you know Castlevania games, and Dracula's castle itself doesn't have many different enemies. Both games have great soundtracks, but PoR just felt like a harder game and has much cooler surprises, so I would say Portrait of Ruin is better than Order of Ecclesia. However, best of them all for the DS is Dawn of Sorrow, if you haven't played that.
Yes, dawn Fitzner is the best!
