How do you get the combat pistol in GTA4?

Apart from buying the Desert Eagle from the gun shop, when it is unlocked, and also picking it up from fallen enemies (particularly the Russian Mafia), here are some locations for finding the Desert Eagle (combat pistol) in GTA IV:

· Charge Island - underneath a walkway on top of a storage tank at the oil refinery, under East Borough Bridge.

· Francis International Airport - at the oil refinery, on a platform between some rows of towers. Note the ladder on the side of these towers enabling Niko to reach the platform.

· Industrial area, Bohan - on the most westerly part of the incomplete Northern Expressway.

· City Hall, Algonquin - on the ground near some planters at the café near Union Drive West.

· North Holland, Algonquin - during the mission The Holland Play, if Niko kills Playboy X, he can pick up his Desert Eagle afterwards - but only if you kill him before he reaches the door.

· The Triangle, Algonquin - on the wall of the large balcony on the side of Grand Easton Terminal, overlooking the construction site nearby.

· Alderney City - on a large wire spool in the third berth of the old ferry terminal off Asahara Road.

· Acter Industrial Park, Alderney - On top of an oil storage tank nearest to the Alderney State Correctional Facility.
