How do you get the fifth badge in Pokemon ruby?

Getting Five StarsI know you have to becme the champion, get pictures in all the contests, which are posted in the Pokemon museum, I'm pretty sure you have to complete the pokedex, that's all I know.

Get The Golden Trainer Card1.- complete the Pokemon league

2.- complete the pokedex with 200 Pokemon (without jirachi and deoxys?)

3.- win 50 times in a row in Battle Tower.

4.-win all the Master Rank contests (Beauty, Smart, Tough, Cute and Cool)

-beat the elite four

-get a 100 win streak in the battle tower

-beat all 5 types of contests at the master rank level

-complete your hoenn pokedex.
