You have to know it as a spell first, find someone to teach you it, then it will be available as an option while enchanting.
Its depends on your race and major skills... but i think the max level is beween 55-65 depending on the choice of race and major skills...
They are both great role playing games, but Final Fantasy probably has a longer story. Oblivion on the other hand has more side quests and exploration to do after the completion of the game, not to mention the expansions. So I would get Oblivion, but that is my personal choice, it is up to you to spend your money on what you like. But please, don't only take my advice, look at some gameplay and figure out some of the story about each, see which one entertains you most.
A rational decision-making model in which choices are systematically evaluated on various criteria. For example: If you were looking to buy an apartment among hundreds available. A reasonable rent is important to you, but so are good neighbors, a good location, and low noise levels, and cleanliness. You find and inexpensive, noisy apartment with undesirable neighbors, should you take it? Is it a better choice than a more expensive, less noisy apartment in a better location? How can you make the best choice?
u can become a vampire again on xobx 360 oblivion...How?... go to caves, some of them have vampires... that's my best bet, other wise join the dark brother hood and do all their quests and the leader (who is a vampire) will give you a choice if you want to become a vampire or not. if you choose to do so he will give you phehporic hemophillia (idk how its spelled xD) and after a few days ur a vampire. :)

Bravery is not a tone but rather a theme or attribute that can be conveyed through tone in a book. Tone refers to the author's attitude or feelings towards the subject matter, characters, or events in the book. A tone of bravery might be conveyed through the author's choice of words, descriptions, and character actions.
This is a matter of personal preference.Mountain is a good choice for varied Attribute Dragon-Type Monsters as they do not have their own Field Spell Card like Dinosaur-Type Monsters do. An alternative can be used for Decks that contain Dragon-Type Monsters of the same attribute, such as Rising Current or Gaia Power.Mausoleum of the Emperor, although not ATK and DEF benefitting, is popular as Dragon-Type Decks usually contain high Level monsters, and a Tribute is not always readily available.
Yes, there are a good bit of side quests that almost always have a good or evil choice. However there are not as many as in oblivion, if you played that.
Tricky question. I would say it is technically a choice, because you are "choosing" to not make a choice.
ladies' choice ladies' choice
more choice, most choice
There is no absolute way of knowing, but we are forced to believe that his weapon of choice is the Kingdom Key. Sora is seen with the Kingdom Key in almost all main clips and cutscenes, regardless of what Keyblade the user has equipped before the clip plays.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------IMPROVED ANSWERi dont really know this but roxas uses thr oathkeeper and oblivion keyblades.
