You Get the High Powered Pistol From The Doctor experimenting on zombie after complleting his task he gives pistol ammo and the gun itself.He is a random encounter you hear a gatling gun being fired thats when he is near you, you have to do 4 to 6 times his mission, I Personallygot it after 7th i encountered him 4 times in West of Tall Tree near Aurora Basin and to get it i have seen guys saying they had to do mexican Doctor missions 2 times that doctor is near the town of Chuparosa.
