In the sic transit of arcterra, You will notice a magmaul door close by. Open it and proceed through the corridor to access a room where you'll be greeted by 4 quatroids. Kill them all to unlock a shield that is guarding the next part. Once you go through the newly opened area, you will be greeted by an arctic spawn. This is very much similar to the fire spawn you faced on Alinos, except that it's blue, it can move to any part of the room, and it will throw ice projectiles at you and freeze you if you get hit. It has the same weak point as the fire spawn, the mouth so blast the Magmaul in it to damage the creature and eventually kill it. Upon the arctic spawn dying, the imperialist will appear on a small pile of rubble by the door.
The Imperialist is on Arcterra. Hope that helped you. -Some dude
The Imperialist is found on Arcterra, after beating a Frost Spawn. You need to use the Magmaul to open the way to it.
You find the Imperialist in Arcterra. You have to defeat the arctic spawn near the sic transit. It is in a barrier that only magmaul can open.
