To win the master sword, you play and complete all the levels of the game, and in one of the levels it will tell you if you've won the master sword yet. If you have the master sword, great job! Keep playing the levels from the beginning...they will be harder. That will give you more keys to unlock more levels. After you beat the Lakebed Temple and go see Zelda, you have to head back to Faron Province and find the Sacred Grove. This is where you'll find the Master Sword. if you are at the part it is pretty self explanitory about what you have to do.

Then you battle the shadow beasts, and lure one to the left (your right) side of the gate, or in other words in between the twilight-made fence and the tree.
