How do you get the nightclub in The Sims Freeplay?

If you have the night life game it is easier. However, if you just have Sims 3 ambitions you can create a lot and then make it a community lot and then build a community place the looks like a nightclub and you can act like it is a nightclub

Well first you have to save up £2.500 and then you click on the bubble pitcher floating in the air and then you just wait until it opens I hope this helps
