U get the reclusive Rotorfrom lily ( 2 items ) for restoring order to her store, hi different person now u get the shifty shaft from Hank the fish guy u give him a fish and he giveas u shifty shaft.But how to get a fishing rod u have to go to ellen and converse and she says its urs and gives it to u. hope this helped u

I know how to get a shifty shaft. I tried it myself.Go to Hugh and play ghost busters. And he will give you a battery and a shifty shaft.
