How do you get the red shield for Zelda in a link to the past?

as an adult go to goron city and there will only be one goron. throw a bomb at him and talk to him he will say something like fear me i am (and he says your name) talk about gorons and dragons and he asks you to save the gorons, gives you the red suit and opens the goron shop doors

you can either buy one in the dark world, or after u get flippers from king zora, you can swim thru the waterfall next to zoras domain. you will come into a fairy fountain. you should throw your boomerang in for an upgrade, your blue shield for a red shield, and if u throw a bottle in u get free magic potion. . . btw most ppl only get a lvl 3 sword, if u want a lvl 4, do this... after u beat lvl 6 head to where ur house should b n the dark world... buy the big bomb and drag it to the crack in ganons pyramid. blow it up and walk thru. u see another fairy fountain. throw the arrows, and sword in for upgrades.
