How do you get the scorpion mount on World of Warcraft?

For the Mechano-hog/Chopper you just need the riding skill (150) or level 40, to use it, and then pay an engineer a lot of money/mats to make it for you.

For the flying mounts that engineers can make, you need to not only have the artisan riding skill (300) which costs 5000g (4000g at exhalted reputation with any major faction), to use them. But you also must be an engineer of engineering level 375 to make and lvl 70 to use it. The recipes should be available at the engineering trainers in Shadowmoon Valley.

The X-51 Nether-Rocket is only available to people who have the loot card from the trading card game. you might be able to find it on e-bay or something like that.

The mount drops off an optional boss in the Eye ( lvl 70 25 man raid). It is actually the first boss you come to as you enter the instance. It has a real low drop rate something like .01%.

You have to be in a level 25 guild and your rep with the guild has to be at exalted to buy it, the mount is around 1k by then. It is a Horde only mount, Alliance have a different guild mount.
