How do you get the sniper in saints row 2?

To get the McManus (sniper rifle) you got 3 options.

1. use the cheat #938 to aquire it.

OR

2. play the brotherhood mission and i believe in mission 5 is where you have to get a mcmanus from friendly fire.

OR

3. do the ronin stronghold of the university district.

You do that one mission for the gurrillas where you have to assassinate a VZ officer. They give you one right their and you can buy it from the contact you did the mission for.
