In order to get that title, you will need to play enough to prestige once because the challenge that you need to complete is under the prestige challenges. Once you unlock the prestige challenges, you must complete Last Stand Veteran IV which is getting 100 kills while in last stand.

Complete the challenge "Lightweight V"- Sprint 100 miles using the Lightweight Perk.

To get the silver (metalic) title you need to get 500 kills with the gun.
