well when you enter the room with the three doors and the giant spider in the middle kill the spider and go through the door to your right using the monkey to swing you t o the other side. when you go through you will see unusual looking flowers that you cant destroy with your sword. ignore the first one and go to the second one that swallows you up when you try to jump across. around that area you will find a bomb spider. hit it with your sword and quickly put it in the plants mouth before it explodes. then continue on to the door. after that I'm sure you can figure it out
