You can chose to fight as Starfy or Starly.It's a time trial game where you must beat all the bosses you met and defeated as fast as you can. first check that codejunkies actually has codes for the legendary starfy. then if it does maybe you entered the wrong version's game ID, such as maybe your game is from another country, therefore it will have another game ID. one of my games is from australia, so that got me confused at first! then if you tried all this and nothing works, you could just try entering the game ID again, you may have entered it wrong.
