ok that was for fun, now for the real thing, lol

umm, first you have to shock the wire with the car battery and then some colorful lights will glow (light bulbs) , cut the area where it glows and use the tongs or what it maybe to take the light bulbs out

Once all the bulbs are out, then you can take the wire out with ease
