You need to rescue the third agent, who is in the greenhouse.
To get there, you first need the grappling bow tie, which you obtain from the second agent.
Anyway, once you're in the greenhouse, go over to your right. there will be a cherry bomb plant. click it to make it drop. Then push it left to the spriongy plant. It will be bounced up. Follow it up by either using your grappling bow tie or by jumping up on the flowerpots.
Once you're up there, push it left and make it land on the ledge left and below it. Push the bomb left to the next sproingy plant and it will bounce up bnext to the trapped agent. This time, do not use your graapling bow tie to get up there-- you will be snappedat by the plants. Jump up on the hanging fowerpots instead.
Once you're on the top ledge, push it in front of the cage door, and get out of the way. Wait for the bomb to explode and take ou the cage door. The grateful third agent will give your he goggles once she's free.
Note: do this all fast, because the bomb is timed. If you're not fast enough, it will explode too early and you will have to do this part over.
