How do you get through the jail in red dragon island?

It depends... The first guard that sends you to jail because you don't have a passport is this: Use the magic amulet to transport you back to the treehouse, then buy a kimono from the Bonsai Treesbuilding and in the pocket...a passport.

There is also another guard when you already have ninja powers and go to the cliff. Blind him using your ninja blinding smoke bomb and sneak past.

Once you get to Japan Annie will give you a magic amulet that transfers you back to the tree house. Use it. To find a kimono go in all shops and talk to everyone. The shop with the kimonos will be closed at first. Later it will be open. Go inside and talk to the lady. She will give you a choice of kimonos. Click one randomly it will give you all of them. Dress in one. In the pocket you will find a passport. I know this was more than the question but it worked for me so it should work for you. Hope this helped.

Use the magic transporter amulet and it will take you back to the tree house. Then, when you are walking by the pond, go into the bonsai tree shop and get a kimono from the lady before walking past the guards again.
