Apparently there are two ways, but I can only figure out one. You need to set up the mirror and direct the light at the screen under the window. There is a crystal in there which you stick in the hole in the wall under the window. You might need to redirect the mirror at the crystal (I did, but not sure it was necessary) and the window bars melt away. Then throw your rope and grappling hook up at the loop in the rafters and swing on through.
