How do you get to Poptropica?

(Go to the website at www.poptropica.com )

To Get An AccountFirst, you go to the Poptropica website (www.poptropica.com) and click on new player. Once you do that, on your screen it will say, Create your character: boy or girl. Choose whichever you want to be. Then it will say, How old are you? Click on how old you are. (You have to be 6-15 to play.)

Then it will say Welcome to Poptropica and a character will come up. Move your character around. On the left, there will be a self portrait of your character and it will have a name. If you are not happy with the one it gives you, click on 'Change Character'.

When you are done, click on Enter Poptropica! Choose a Poptropica Island (There are 9 of them.) You are now in Poptropica!

NOTE: When you have finished playing, click on 'Save' to save your game. Choose a Username (not your own name) and Password (5 characters at least) and click OK. Then once you have gotten a username and password, click OK. You can return to Poptropica using this name and password as a "returning player".

DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD PUBLICLY OR YOUR ACCOUNT COULD BE STOLEN AND NEVER RECOVERED. You have the option to register an e-mail address to help log on if you forget your password.
