The Ranger School is only a place available in Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. In this particular game, it is quite easy to get to the Ranger School. You begin the game in the Ranger School and have to do a few missions inside the grounds. Once you have advanced as a Ranger, you are still able to return to the school by taking the East exit in Vientown and crossing the bridge. If you come to a pair of large gates, you have reached the Ranger School. Simply walk forward and you will be admitted.
Once you have gained the skill to capture a Staraptor and use its Fly Field Move, you may Fly directly to the Ranger School, making navigation from where you are unnecessary.
