The only free to play places on Wizard 101 are: The Commons, Ravenwood, Shopping District, Olde Town, Unicorn Way, Triton Avenue, and I believe Golem Court. I guess you could count Dark Cave free, but you would have to pay for something else to get to it. Like a 2 for 1 deal.
