Next, you have to go to the West side of town (where you stepped on that guys contact lens and you had to buy him new ones). Then you slip yourself down the drain by turning to paper. Next use Yoshi to hover across the platform to the door of Twilight Town. To the left of the door you'll see a gray block. Smash it with your hammer.
Once you go inside you'll see a blue tube. Go down it to reach a snowy place, and then keep going to the right, destroying all of the enemies in your way, and you'll soon reach Fahr Outpost.
