In kanto in silver gold and crystal go to go to the city with the harbor or if you got the train to work go to it and it take syou to goldenrod city in like five seconds! to gto to kanto do the same in johto

dont think you can but if you do its after the johto league. unless you get gba action replay. or you can just get a kanto game and trade but youll have to get firered or leafgreen but dont worry theyre way better than heartgold or soulsilver

You can either take the Magnet Train in Saffron City, or take the S.S. Aqua in Vermilion City, which departs on Sundays and Wednesdays. In HeartGold and SoulSilver, you can also fly to the Pokemon League, then fly to your desired location in Johto (you can fly anywhere in Johto and Kanto from the Pokemon League in those games). To take the Magnet Train, you have to restore power to the Power Plant, then get a pass from the Mimic girl in Saffron City after returning her lost Poke Doll (you find the lost Poke Doll from a member of the Pokemon Fan Club in Vermilion City).
