You talk to some person in Shelton on turtle isle that sends you to lilac and she will send you to haven isle

That would be Mr. Tuttle in Shellton, who sends you to Bailey on Lilac Isle.

Also, I wanted to say that this is the way you get to Rock Isle.

To get to Cloud Isle, you need the 75% QP Award. Then take three giant coconuts to Winchell, on the southwestern area of Jungle Isle in a yellow house.

Go to skull isle via the bridges. the password is landlubber. got to the top of the isle, at the top of the skull and go to a pirate ship. it costs one pearl.
