How do you get to the Elite Four in Pokemon Emerald?

You find them at the Pokemon League, in Ever Grande City.

Then go through the door guarded by the two men.
Go to evergrande city past the victory road and out go south and you will find the elite 4 place

The Elite 4 are located on the Indigo Plateau. You have to take route 27 from new bark town and enter into the Kanto region. Then travel up route 26 to victory road. After going through victory road you should arrive at the Indigo Plateau. If your Pokemon get hurt along the way one of the houses enables you to rest them.

you have to get all 8 badges and get through Victory Road
