How do you get to the Resetti's Sulveillance Center in Animal Crossing City Folk?

If you go to your city and head dead right, close to katrinas hut, you will see three cones.Random nights at 8:00 pm the cones will be gone and you can enter the center. This doesn't always work, however.

To get to the Surveillance center go to the city after 8PM. And head to the right of where you had just passed by while riding on the bus.

If the Surveillance Center is open, the cone closest to the street will be pushed aside with a light on. If so as stated above you can go into the Resetti Center (my nickname for it although the official shortened name according to Don Resetti is the "Reset Center") and meet with Resetti or Don or both at the same time.

On your first visit with either Don or Resetti, you will be granted a Silver shovel to keep quiet about it and not to tell anyone about the existence of it. But once you leave, the cone will be back in place with the light off and you will be unable to enter the area again for that night.

Additional Information:

There is speculation as to when the Resetti Center is closed since it opens up only after 8PM. A possible ending time to enter the area is 12AM.

When you go to the city, turn right (not up the staircase) and you should see cones. If your there before 8 PM, wait. After 8 PM on a random day, the cones may be moved. Go inside and talk to Resetti. If it's your first time there, he'll give you a silver shovel. Happy day for you! :D

Yes - The cones in the city will be moved on a random day (usually at 8pm). The first time you visit you receive a rare silver shovel that cannot be found anywhere else in the game so take good care of it!
