How do you get to the Seafoam Islands in Pokemon Gold?

Go to either Cinabar island or Fuschia city in Cinabar go surf left and in Fuschia surf right and there you reach Seafoam Islands in Fuschia city when you surf right to Seafoam Islands can get Articuno.

Well there's nothing to do in sea foam island.But if you wanna catch the legendary Pokemon 'ARTICUNO' then surf from Fusia city(not from cinnabar island)to sea foam island.You will need Strength to push the boulders into the holes.ARTICUNO will be at lv.50.You may need him to fight the Elite 4.

Lavender Town is just a small stop at the top of the tower is a Pokeflute. From here you can move the Snorlax or continue west to Route 8.
