first you need to beat the wind temple get the ocarina of wind then play the ocarina and transport yourself aroun lake hylia then turn minish at the stump and fall through talk to the minish and the library will then be open :)
1st u go 2 the girl w/ a cat's house. 2nd go to the house w/ the busy man who tells u not to enter. 3rd go 2 the mayor's house and visit the minish people in the hole, they'll tell u where to go.
you have to use the ocarina of winds to fly to the lake and go talk to the minish just above the landing symbol. he will tell you to talk to elder Librari. this causes the library t o open so you can go in. go upstairs and outside. use the cane of pacci on the pot and turn small. go back inside and over to the bookcase on the left. tou will find you cannot get to the elder. go downstairs and talk to the girl on the left and she will tell you about the missing books. then just go tho the different places where books are and take them back to the girl.
after you get the ocarina of wind you play it then fly to the wind crest by lake hylia then jump on the stump shrink down go into the mushroom talk to that minish and then the library will be open
You get into the library by using your Flute to smmon the bird and fly to lake hylia. Then go inside a hole and you will find an elderly scribe talk to him and the library will open.
