This is really easy. What you do is press start then press The Armoury that is where you can customise your Spartans armour but if you go to the one below you can change your gender your race (Spartan or Elite) and a couple of other things. You wont play as an Elite on games unless it is an invasion game Elite Slayer other games involving Elites.
