Getting to the Top of the Castle in Mario

All you have to do is get 150 stars and use the cannon and blast to the top. You can also check You Tube for a glitch and a secret to get to the top of the castle without 150 stars.

Also, there are 3 more ways.

1. You can be Luigi and back flip onto the little cliff on the waterfall on your right. Once on there, turn your camera view, and keep pressing B till you get up on top. Difficulty:1/5

2. Be Mario and go all the way to your left and on a little hill triple jump, and wall kick up the wall. Difficulty:4/5

3. Be Yoshi, and go to the little cliff on the right, and keep pressing B till you are high enough to the castle. Hope that helps. Difficulty:1/5

4.Be Wario and keep on ducking and sliding up the hill at the right until you can't fall, then run fast to the castle. Difficulty:5/5 Note: This is really hard to do, you have to practice a lot!

One way to do it is to get 120 stars. Once you've gotten them, go outside and blast from the cannon to roof.

The only really easy way to get on top of the castle is to unlock the cannon, which you umlock by getting 150 stars. However, you can try these methods to get up before then:

Yoshi: Go round the left hand side of the castle, and run up the bank, across the waterfall and dive onto a small grassy area. Then flutterkick backwards up the slope there. You will eventually get there with practice.

Mario: Go to the right hand side of the castle and go up to where the two walls meet at an angle. Triple jump onto one of the walls and then do a wall kick. If you time it right, you will be on the roof of the castle.

Luigi: Same as Yoshi, except that he can backwards somersault onto the grassy area from the path and he scuttles backwards up the hill.

Wario: Go over to the right hand side of the castle. Now, do a triple jump onto the very steep hill and keep long jumping VERY quickly. This is very tricky but if you do it the direction of the castle it will eventually work.
