WHen you see the man next to the boat give him your room key from the inn and he will let you use the boat.Then sail straight until hitting the prison.Go on the elevator and go to level h then goo all the way down until your past the prison cells but before the elevator and you'll see a door.Go through it and then go to your backpack and click on the hot crossed sticky buns aand the warden will appear talking to you about a prisoner.Next go to the elevator again then press level D and then go to prison cell 8, and push the bed out of the way and go down that hole, and there you'll find the prison under the bank.
