How do you get toon link in super smash brothers brawl?

Beat the subspace emissary then return to the forest level find a secret red door that was never there before its after the first mini brawl inside is toon link defeat him to have him join your team then save the game and quit to unlock him.

To unlock Toon Link on Super Smash Bros. Brawl, you must either play 400 matches in Brawl mode and then defeat Toon Link, or complete the Subspace Emissary and either complete Classic mode on any difficulty with Link, Zelda/Shiek or Ganondorf or go on stage 9 of the Subspace Emissary. you can not unlock toon Zelda in this game sadly.but you can get toon link by beating Subspace Emissionary first then go to classic, pic link as your player. After you beat master hand and credits have gone by and you have gotton trophies you should be able to be able to fight toon link.

If you had heard about Toon Zelda in the game actally she might be in there with Toon Sheik.Yes TOON Shiek,but Nintendo did put in Toon Zelda/shiek but at the last minute they put olimar from Pikmin in to replace toon Zelda/shiek.Mewtwo,toon gannon and toon Zelda/shieks hidden files were found by a hacker who modified the characters but nobody has conformed if the files have been ever open and played the characters.They also didnt conform if the characters can be opened and played with.
