How do you get two phoenix crossbows in runscape?

Talk to Charlie the tramp, who tells you about the Black Arm gang. Go and talk to Katrine, who will tell you that she wants two crossbows from the phoenix gang hideout. If you go east from the entrance of the Black Arm gang hideout, you will see two narrow rooms with ladders in them. The Phoenix gang's hideout is next to the temple (the symbol for the temple is a white thing with yellow lines coming off it). The door will not open, so you have to find someone doing the Shield of Arrav quest; they will trade you for crossbows that they may have. Then take these to Katrine.

The Phoenix gang can be found down a trap door to the south east of Varrock. It can be located by coming into the city from a southernly direction, the following the path north until you reach the bar. At the bar turn to the east and travel along that path past a cabbage patch. Once you are past that patch, then there should be a large exclaimation mark on your map that marks the location of the trap door.

It's a very hard hideout to find, but you can do it. Their place is across from the Black Arm Gang's hideout, but underground. It's in a building that only has one room in it, and a ladder in the middle of the room (no furniture or anything). Once you go down the ladder, you'll see a guy in a grey suit. Speak with him.
