Unique views means each individual person that sees your egg.
An egg on Dragon Cave does not need a certain amount of views to hatch. However, an egg needs 'unique views' in order to hatch. They will usually need a few hundred unique views.
On Dragon Cave, you can not 'create' dragons. These dragons are found on the main page, either in the abandoned section or on the bottom of the page. Then they are either eggs or hatchlings, and if they get enough unique views, become adult dragons.
Many peopl use hatcheries on dragon cave. Try searching for 'Dragon Cave Hatcheries' You can also find a list of sites on the Dragon Cave Wiki, or you can put it in your forum signature :)
It usually takes between 3 and 4 days if your egg has enough views/unique views, if it goes under 3 days remaining to live you should put it in an ER. Once it has hatched, the same can be said for hatchlings.
If other players give your dragon unique views or clicks, this will make your dragon grow. Clicks aren't as essential as unique views, for a dragon can live on unique views alone, but not on clicks alone. If you add your scroll on "eggswillbedragons.com" that is a good website that gives your dragons 20 or so unique views each daybut caution, you must add your scroll every two days, otherwise they get removed for the sake of saving space.
you can put it in hatcherys and things to get views. some other cheats are just click on your scroll and keep refreshing the page. (WARNING:EGG/HATCHLING MAY GET SICK!)
You can name a dragon on dragon cave before or after you find out what gender it is; it doesn't really matter when.
You put a plasma dragon and a salamander dragon in the breeding cave.

A egg from dragcave does not have a certain amount of clicks it needs to hatch or mature, clicks are not as importent as views are so i recommend you sign the eggs up on some hatchery sites to get some views/unique views
